Sophie and me!
Hello! Right now I'm pretty sad because my best friend Sophie is moving! I found out when we were at a birthday party for our friend Sam. Sophie told me that she was moving, and at first I didn't believe her. Later, I knew she wasn't kidding. I'm SO sad! I'm going to miss my best friend. Anyway, the other day my mom got a call that the acting camp we were going to had been cancelled. My mom felt bad, but she searched and found another acting camp in the same area. Now, Sophie and I are leaving for acting camp on Sunday, which is tomorow!!! I probably won't write for about a week since I'll be busy! But when I get back I will tell all about my time there! Going to acting camp will be a good time that I can spend with Sophie before she leaves. Talk to you in a week!!!! BYE!!

Wow! I was surprised when I read your acting camp had been cancelled, but thrilled to read the sentence right after that said .... Mom found another one! Way to go Jen! Have a safe trip and I hope you really enjoy your acting camp Claire. Let me know how it goes. Where is it? Let me know if you get some time.
